C. Arthur Sciaroni, M.D.
Dr. Sciaroni has been in practice in San Francisco, California since 1975. He began private practice at Daly City, California and joined The Orthopaedic Group of San Francisco, Inc. in 1986. A native of San Francisco, California, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and earned his medical degree at Marquette School of Medicine in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He did his orthopedic residency at The San Francisco Orthopaedic Residency Training Program, finishing in 1975. Dr. Sciaroni is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and has served as Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Seton Medical Center. |

He is a member of the San Francisco Medical Society, Western Orthopaedic Association, California Orthopaedic Association, California Medical Association and The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Message from Dr. Sciaroni:
My Approach to Treating Patients: I believe that an informed patient should take an active role in the decision making process regarding treatment and will assist patients with this. Patients should be educated to care for themselves. Failure of non-operative treatment is the usual indication for surgery. My associates and I have similar treatment philosophies and cover each other's practices when needed. Our office staff are available to assist patients, and we regularly receive compliments from patients as a result of their efforts. My areas of special interest are the knee, arthroscopic surgery, and joint replacement surgery.
